But what exactly is sake? Not a spirit, not a wine, not a beer, sake is a beverage category all to itself. This beginner-level tasting, hosted by Natsuki Kikuya, will introduce you to this fascinating drink.
Natsuki Kikuya is one of the UK’s few Sake Samurai, a title awarded by the Japan Sake Brewers Association Junior Council for services to Sake. She teaches and created the Sake course WSET Global, one of the world’s leading wine and spirits schools.
Event will be host in Pantechnicon’s Japanese restaurant Sachi, in the Private Dinning Room. Meeting at 11 am.
